Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, December 13, 2016 - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Philippine Professional Organizations (PPO) and Philippine Council of Engineers & Architects (PCEA) in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy, Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), held the Joint Mass Oath Taking Ceremony of professionals last December 2, 2016 at the Philippine Embassy Diplomatic Headquarters, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Inductees were successful examinees of the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) conducted last September 14, 15 and 16, 2016 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In attendance were professionals across the fifteen professions namely Architects, Accountants, Electronics Engineers, Electronics Technicians, Registered Electrical Engineers, Registered Master Electricians, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Professional Teachers, Environmental Planners, Master Plumbers, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, Midwives and Radiologic Technologists.
