Manila, March 7, 2013 – The Professional Regulation Commission announces the adoption of the new assessment schedule of Annual Registration Fees (ARF) for CY-2013. The ARF is embodied in Office Memorandum No. 2013-02 dated February 12, 2013.

Office Memorandum No. 2013-02 likewise provides that registered professionals who are working abroad may be allowed to renew their Professional Identification Cards (PICs) one year prior to the actual expiry date upon submission of a certificate of employment from their employer.
