Manila, December 14, 2017 – Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10657 and R.A. No. 754, the Board of Chemistry will grant equivalent chemistry units to the corresponding years of work experience of applicants for the Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination provided that a maximum of twelve (12) chemistry units shall be given by the Board for work experience of at least five (5) years. Those who will be granted equivalent chemistry units shall still be required to complete the remaining units for the subjects General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry in order to qualify for the Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination.
