Initial Registration

• Check “Initial Registration” under “Registration eServices”.
• Click “Central Office” then follow instructions.
• Download and fill out oath form.
• For those transacting at the PRC Central Office, please proceed and present the downloaded form at Window 12, Initial Registration Section, Registration Division, PRC Main Building, Ground Floor.
• For those transacting at the PRC Service Centers, you may proceed at Robinson’s Manila located at Level 2, Padre Faura Wing, Ermita, Manila or Robinsons Galleria at Basement 1, East Lane via Robinsons Bank of Robinson’s Galleria, Ortigas Ave, Quezon City.

Application for Examination

• Click “Online Application” under “Examination eServices”.
• Choose “Central Office” or “Robinsons Manila/ Galleria”.
• Fill out and save.
• For those transacting at the PRC Central Office, please proceedto Application Division, 3rd Floor, PRC Annex Building, Central Office.
• For those transacting at the PRC Service Centers, you may proceed at Robinson’s Manila located at Level 2, Padre Faura Wing, Ermita, Manila or Robinsons Galleria at Basement 1, East Lane via Robinsons Bank of Robinson’s Galleria, Ortigas Ave, Quezon City.

Renewal of PRC ID

• Click “ID Renewal” under “Registration eServices”.
• Click “Central Office”.
• Follow Instructions.
• For those transacting at the PRC Central Office, please proceed and present the downloaded form at Window 27, Renewal of PRC ID Section, Registration Division, PRC Main Building Ground Floor, Central Office.
• For those transacting at the PRC Service Centers, you may proceed at Robinson’s Manila located at Level 2, Padre Faura Wing, Ermita, Manila or Robinsons Galleria at Basement 1, East Lane via Robinsons Bank of Robinson’s Galleria, Ortigas Ave, Quezon City.

For those who have paid online before November 16, 2016, please proceed to the Central Office and present stub to the Releasing Section to complete your transaction.
