The Professional Regulation Commission informs the public of the new content, format, and layout of the Professional Identification Card (PIC), effective September 2019.

This is in consonance with the policy of government to promote ease of doing business by simplifying the documentary forms and processes which include the PIC, and in compliance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

For guidance, attached is the new PIC design.
