Dr. Fe Espinosa, newly appointed CPD Council Alternate Member for Nurses, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on August 1, 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 3^rd Floor, Delegation Building. The said oath taking was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. administered her oath and witnessed by Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto, Jr.
