Manila, January 16, 2017 – Hon. Jabel J. Abella, newly appointed member of the CPD Council of Aeronautical Engineering, formally took his oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on January 11, 2017,held at the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building. His oath was administered by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes and witnessed by Commissioner Angeline T. Chua Chiaco.
