Manila, July 26, 2017 – The Board of Accountancy has recently published its Resolution No. 254, Series of 2017 also known as the Operational Guidelines in the implementation of Republic Act 10912 last July 22, 2017 at the Philippine Daily Inquirer, page F2 to F3 under Classified Ads. This operational guideline is effective fifteen (15) days after its publication.
