The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Lucena and Tuguegarao Regional Offices were formally awarded the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Certification from the Certification International Philippines (CIP) Inc., last January 31, 2018 during the 2017 Year End Planning Assessment (YEPA) and 2018 Commission Planning Conference held at Sequioa Hotel, Quezon City.

The ISO 9001: 2015 certification proves PRC’s compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) for Licensing of Professionals and Regulating Professions. Through the two (2) stage audit conducted by the CIP, PRC Lucena and Tuguegarao Regional Offices were able to demonstrate and enhance their ability to consistently provide services that meet customer satisfaction and comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Renato V. Navarette Director, President of CIP awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate to Director Reynaldo V. Cristobal of PRC Lucena and Director Rodrigo F. Balaqui, Jr. of PRC Tuguegarao.

PRC Cagayan De Oro and Tacloban Regional Offices were also announced compliant to ISO 9001:2015 Certification and will soon receive their ISO Certificate.
