Tuguegarao, January 23, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission – Tuguegarao Regional Office hereby informs all those who passed the December 2013 Nurse Licensure Exam in the provinces of Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Isabela of the scheduled PRC Mobile Service on February 8 to 9, 2014 at the Provincial Capitol, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Initial registrants are advised to download the Oath Forms HERE and to bring their duly accomplished Oath Forms during the registration.

The PRC Mobile Team will likewise provide other PRC services such as acceptance of applications for licensure examination and renewal of professional identification cards.
