Manila, June 28, 2015---The Professional Regulation Commission hereby informs all those who passed the June2016 Nurse Licensure Examination (for Manila Passers only) of the schedule of their initial registration held at the Bulwagang Nubla, 5th Floor Annex Building, PRC Manila.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online. Click HERE and follow the instructions for initial registration. Choose an appointment date only from July 4 to July 8, 2016. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 pieces of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of successful examinees will be announced later.
