Manila, February 22, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission, in its thrust to continuously improve the delivery of its service to its clients and stakeholders, held a series of seminar – workshops on English Grammar Proficiency and Effective Writing aimed to improve the skills of its employees. The first in the series was held last February 2 – 3, 2016 at the Examiner’s Lounge, 3rd Floor PRC Main Building, Manila. The 2nd batch was held on February 9 – 10, 2016.

The resource speakers and lecturers were Ms. Florian Navarro- Flores, a Communication Arts degree holder with Master’s degree in Business Management from UPLB and Mr. Roger Flores, a technical writer and freelance Management Consultant with expertise on project development, business and human resource development.

The purpose of the seminar workshop is to further enhance the abilities of our employees in the field of English as a medium of language and communication that includes recap on English Grammatical Rules and Professional writing exercises. The 2 batches have yielded its final outcome by presenting a group task by constructing a mock memorandum. The groups, together with the speakers, reviewed various common errors in each group’s presentation.
