Manila, July 21, 2017 – Hon. Lorna C. Gabad, newly appointed CPD council Chairperson and Dr. Elsa H. Ruiz, newly appointed CPD council member for Social Workers, formally took their oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on July 14, 2017, held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 2nd Floor, Delegation Building. Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes administered their oath and witnessed by Commissioner Angeline T. Chua Chiaco.
