Manila, March 21, 2017 – Hon. Ernesto B. Ferreras Jr, newly appointed Chairman and Mr. Robin U. Rabin as newly appointed member of CPD Council for the Board of Aeronautical Engineers, formally took their oaths before the Professional Regulation Commission on March 20, 2017, held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), 2nd Floor, Delegation Building. Their oaths were administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. and witnessed by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.
